What makes municipal bonds so safe? Not only do you avoid income tax (which means a higher return compared to an equally risky investment that is taxed), but the likelihood of the borrower defaulting is very low. There have been some enormous municipality bankruptcies in recent years, but this is very rare. Governments can always raise taxes or issue new debt to pay off old debt, which makes holding a municipal bond a pretty safe bet.
I would recommend EWBF miner for Zcash, but Claymore dual mining is just as good. Just in case anyone doesn’t know you can dual mine any coin you want, your not limited to just ETH and Decred or ETH and SIA. Just need to read the “Read Me” Text doc in your miners folder. I made a short explanation video, mind you I am not a top end Content creator… but should help..
This article needs to be proofread. There are multiple spelling errors and incorrect word usage, such as “This is because the Claymore miner is faster but only works CPU.”. Claymore miner is faster for GPU, not CPU.
AirDrop can be a be a quick, simple way to transfer files between iOS devices. It can be especially handy because it is truly a device-to-device transfer that works even when neither device has internet access, although Wi-Fi and Bluetooth have to be turned on for it to function. In this article I will discuss how to turn on AirDrop and use it to share files between devices.
A Bitcoin wallet is loosely the equivalent of a physical wallet on the Bitcoin network. The wallet actually contains your private key(s) which allow you to spend the bitcoins allocated to it in the block chain. Each Bitcoin wallet can show you the total balance of all bitcoins it controls and lets you pay a specific amount to a specific person, just like a real wallet. This is different to credit cards where you are charged by the merchant.
You may have noticed that NVIDIA cards were predominantly absent from our top, and there’s a good reason as to why – in their quest to make their cards as powerful and efficient as possible, NVIDIA left out pretty much every feature they did not need, optimizing their cards and chips to the maximum. While this worked out superbly when it came to gaming (NVIDIA’s GTX 10 series is lacking competition almost completely), it did not make NVIDIA cards notable candidates when it came to mining performance, as AMD cards tend to have more raw power that can be effectively used in mining.
However, the ICO scene is not mature enough yet for strict regulations to take place. Stockholders in the stock exchange may still have a chance to recover their money if a company is liquidated but the same cannot be said for ICOs.
NVIDIA’s new flagship card “GeForce GTX 690” is now beefier than it’s younger sibling – GTX 590. EVGA has also decided to use the same chipset on its flagship card “EVGA GeForce GTX 690 Signature”. But what are the comparitive figures for the AMD and new NVIDIA GPU’s ? See Some Performance Specs Below:
Oks thanks so its a high investment to make good money thats the way I see it… But what I did not understand is you said: multiply the outputs by 6… …Then multiply the outputs by 6… Why by 6? …. and If i did the math correctly, with the link you provided me with, well the total output income will be $180k an Year (Sure depending on the UNSTABLE MARKET of course) anyhow even getting around $10K it gets back the investment and some extra cash don’t you think? so my question is… is this real? and if so….… Read more »
The term may be analogous with “token sale” or crowdsale, which refers to a method of selling participation in an economy, giving investors access to the features of a particular project starting at a later date. ICOs may sell a right of ownership or royalties to a project, in contrast to an initial public offering which sells a share in the ownership of the company itself. Amy Wan, a crowdfunding and syndication lawyer, described the coin in an ICO as “a symbol of ownership interest in an enterprise—a digital stock certificate”. In contrast to initial public offerings (IPOs), where investors gain shares in the ownership of the company, in ICOs, the investors buy coins of the company, which can appreciate in value if the business is successful. These coins are sometimes “pre-mined”, eliminating the need for proof of work. Often contributions are capped at a certain value and depending on how long the ICO lasts, on a per-day basis. Conversely, those same coins can depreciate if the company does not perform.
Part of the risk of venture capital is the low transparency in management’s perceived ability to carry out the necessary functions to support the business. Many startups are fueled from great ideas by people who are not business-minded. Venture capital investors need to do additional research to securely assess the viability of a brand new company.
Initial Coin Offerings, also known as ICOs is the cryptocurrency version of crowdfunding and are a part of the crypto world that is most likely here to stay. It’s one of the easiest and most efficient methods for companies and individuals to fund their projects and for regular users to invest in projects they see value in. An Initial Coin Offering is an event that usually extends over a period of one week or more and in which everyone is allowed to purchase newly issued tokens in exchange for established cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) or Ether (ETH).
Last but not least, there’s overclocking – the ace in your sleeve that can get you a free performance boost. Overclocking for mining is slightly different than regular overclocking, as usage conditions differ as well. In normal usage conditions (gaming, normal use), a video card rarely reaches full load, so a more aggressive overclocking might be sustainable for shorter periods of time. Mining keeps the cards running at full power all the time, though, so excessive overclocking might make it unstable.
So as an alternative to simply signing up to an exchange and buying Zcash directly many people wish to support the Zcash network by mining with their own computer at home. For many people building a computer, messing with the code, etc.. can be a very fun and enjoyable hobby. If this sounds like fun to you, read on.
Now that you’ve got your white paper, you need to advertise. You have two targets that you’ll be trying to reach out to: those with knowledge of how cryptocurrency and ICOs work and people with basically no idea. You’ll want to identify the people that would be most excited by your new venture, since they’ll be more eager to give you money if it means a deal for them. In the case of BabyCoin (again, hypothetical) maybe we’d reach out to some popular mommy bloggers/vloggers and see if they would be interested in producing some content to showcase why BabyCoin is the biggest innovation in babysitting since The Babysitter’s Club. Just make sure they disclose the nature of the deal to advertise for you: The SEC released a warning to investors stating that it is illegal for celebrities to use social media to endorse ICOs without disclosing what compensation they received.
And that heat is keeping ICOs bubbling. The same Economist piece, published in April of 2017, notes: “[n]early $250m has already been invested in [ICOs], of which $107m alone has flowed in this year,” a metric that it attributes to the aforementioned Smith + Crown.
Jump up ^ Although Microsoft’s technical documentation states that this value must be zero, the icon encoder built into .NET (System.Drawing.Icon.Save) sets this value to 255. It appears that the operating system ignores this value altogether.
